DELIVERY OPTIONS

Our warehouse hold's thousands of products in stock ready for immediate shipping and all orders leave us the same day if placed before 3pm Monday-Friday. We only ship to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. Unfortunately we cannot ship to Northern Ireland, PO boxes, BFPO addresses or internationally.

ONLINE RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please follow these simple instructions if you would like a refund within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer free returns.

1) Login online and click on the "My Account" link where you'll be taken to all your orders. Click on the order you would like to return and then click the "Request Return" button. Select the item(s) you'd like to send back and a reason and then submit your request.

2) You'll then get a response from us (usually within 24 hours) with an address label sent over as PDF which you will need to print out and attach to the returns parcel.

3) The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, UNUSED & UNWORN with all costume components, hangers and picture cards - the header/picture cards must not be folded or creased as this makes the whole item unsaleable and so we cannot issue a refund.

4) Due to personal hygiene undergarments, stockings & tights, wigs, teeth, facial hair, masks, face paint, gloves, earrings and eyelashes cannot be returned.

5) Choose how you want to send your parcel back but we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting as if the parcel gets lost on it's return it is not our liability. You could return at a local Post Office, Evri shop or use an online service such as Royal Mail, Parcel Monkey or InPost.

6) All items are inspected on their return at our warehouse, after which your refund is processed and this can take 3 to 5 working days to show in your account. We endeavor to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
