Party Britain currently offers delivery within the UK only.

Standard Delivery
£4.75 - Allow 2-3 working days.

• Orders before 3.30pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day.
• One flat rate charge per order regardless of number of items ordered.
• Your order will be sent via the most suitable method, although depending on size and weight.
• Some orders may require a signature. On ordering you may specify a different delivery address such as your place of work or a relative.

Next Day Delivery
£6.95 - Delivery before approximately 3pm the next working day.

• To ensure next day delivery orders must be placed before 3.30pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
• One flat rate charge per order regardless of number of items ordered.
• Your order will be sent via either the courier company Interlink Express or Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery.
• All orders will require a signature. On ordering you may specify a different delivery address such as your place of work or a relative.
• Next Day Delivery orders placed on Friday after 3.30pm, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
• Next Day Delivery is NOT available to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight or the Isle of Man or other off shore destinations.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Party Britain, you may return the item or items to us in their original unused condition and with their original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

To return an item you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number, mentioning your order number in the email and reason for return.

Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return the item using either Royal Mail first or second class recorded delivery. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

If you chose the Next Day Delivery option then please be aware that you will only be refunded for the Standard Delivery charge of £4.75.

We are sorry but due to false promises in the past, we are unable to exchange an item until the original is returned to us. If you need an item in a hurry, we suggest you place a second order for the new item and send the original back at a later date.

Due to personal hygiene there are no returns or exchanges on teeth, facial hair, wigs, tights and make-up.
