Party Britain currently offers delivery within the UK only.

Our warehouse hold's thousands of products in stock ready for immediate shipping and all orders leave Party Britain the same day (if placed before 5.00pm Monday-Friday).

Standard Delivery  (FREE for orders £40 & over, otherwise it's £3.95)

• Allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
• Orders before 5.00pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day.
• One flat rate charge per order regardless of number of items ordered.
• Your order will be sent via Royal Mail or with the courier company Interlink Express. A signature is not required.
• On ordering you may specify a different delivery address such as your place of work or a relative or you can put instructions for the delivery driver to leave the parcel in a safe place.

Next Working Day Delivery  (FREE for orders £60 & over, otherwise it's £5.95)

• Delivery next working day, Monday to Friday.
• To ensure next day delivery orders must be placed by 5.00pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
• One flat rate charge per order regardless of number of items ordered.
• Your order will be sent via the UK nationwide courier company Interlink Express. A signature is not required.
• On ordering you may specify a different delivery address such as your place of work or relative or you can put instructions for the courier to leave the parcel in a safe place.
• Next Day Delivery orders placed on Friday after 5pm, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
• Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcode areas: AB26-56, BFPO, BT, FK17-18, FK20, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-99, PH19-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE.

Premium Next Day Saturday Delivery  (£6.95)

• Delivery next day on Saturday by 1pm.
• To ensure Saturday next day delivery orders must be placed by 5.00pm on Friday.
• Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will be required.
• One flat rate charge per order regardless of number of items ordered.
• On ordering you may specify a different delivery address such as a relative.
• Next Day Delivery is not available to the following postcode areas: AB26-56, BFPO, BT, FK17-18, FK20, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA27-28, KW, PA20-99, PH19-50, PO30-41, TR21-25, ZE.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase then please follow these simple instructions if you would like a refund or an exchange within 30 days of placing your order.

1) Fill in the returns form that came with your order and select a reason code for the returned item.

2) The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, UNUSED & UNWORN with all costume components, hangers and picture cards - the header/picture cards must not be folded or creased as this makes the whole item unsaleable and so we cannot issue a refund.

3) Due to personal hygiene undergarments, stockings, wigs, teeth, facial hair, face paint and gloves cannot be returned.

4) Stick the pre-printed returns address label onto the parcel. The returns label can be found in the top right corner of your delivery note.

5) Send the parcel back to us at your local post office by first or second class post. Please note that returns are NOT pre-paid and the cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility. We recommend you obtain proof of posting.

6) All items are inspected on their return at our warehouse, after which your refund is procesed and this can take 3-5 working days to show in your account. We endeavor to process all refunds within 7 days of receipt.

7) Exchanges - if you require an exchange please call us on 0800 0234531 and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to arrange this for you.

If you chose the Next Day delivery option then please be aware that you will only be refunded for the Standard Delivery charge of £3.95.
