We’re pleased to announce that as of now all fancy dress orders placed at Party Britain can enjoy free returns. That means if for any reason you’re not 100% happy with your fancy dress outfits then you can send them back to us at your local Post Office without forking out a bean.
We appreciate the fact that when sometimes a costume doesn’t fit or it’s not quite what you were after then having to spend a pretty penny on posting your order back to us does take the shine off. So from now on return shipping is on the house!
So get your Halloween costume sorted today safe in knowledge that Party Britain is the only major online fancy dress retailer that offers free returns.

Just in case you hadn’t noticed our new super delivery options launched this week, here is all you need to know! Not only have we reduced our delivery costs but we’ve also introduced free delivery options on your fancy dress costumes – it doesn’t get much better than that!
Standard delivery for your fancy dress outfits is £3.95. Any standard delivery orders are despatched with Royal Mail First Class post so should be with you 2-3 days from day of despatch, with the majority of orders reaching you the next day. If you spend over £40 on your fancy dress costumes then you qualify for free standard delivery. So if you wanted to be devilish you could add an extra fancy dress accessory to your basket instead of spending money on delivery charges.
Next day delivery for your fancy dress clobber is £5.95. We use Interlink Express to deliver our next day delivery orders, who are highly reliable and have recently labelled themselves as the “heroes of home delivery”. Love it. Our driver is even wearing a comical t-shirt in the style of a home delivery hero. We keep trying to get him to dress up in some of our superhero fancy dress outfits – no such luck as of yet. Interlink Express also provide you with an approximate one hour delivery window for your parcel via email. So if you’re worried about missing your fancy dress delivery if you quickly pop out for a pint of milk then you no longer have to fret. With the one hour ETA you can plan your day around the delivery window stress free. If you spend over £60 on your fancy dress you qualify for free next day delivery, what a bonus. (Please note that there are some offshore postcodes where next day delivery isn’t available, a list of these is detailed on the website).

This week has seen a flurry of new fancy dress costumes at Party Britain. There have been new delights for all fancy dress themes! We’ve seen the arrival of a super Trolley Dolly fancy dress outfit, which includes a very cool neck scarf with an aeroplane print – perfect for flight attendant or air hostess fancy dress outfits. We’ve also got a male version called the High Flyer fancy dress costume so a perfect duo for a couples fancy dress idea.
How exciting is the arrival of the Bananas In Pyjamas fancy dress outfits. These consist of a striking blue and white stripe trouser and top set, complete with foam banana headpiece and fancy dress shoe covers. A couple of other novel fancy dress costumes are the Traffic Light, Joker In the Pack and our 90’s Rapper fancy dress outfits. The 90’s Rapper fancy dress costume is particularly cool with a pair of gold metallic trousers very much in the style of MC Hammer – this fancy dress costume is sure to get a high five at a fancy dress party!

Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No it’s Lincoln Audi taking part in a 10k run for Cancer Research! And guess what? The three lucky participants have chosen to run in fancy dress costumes provided by Party Britain. The fancy dress ideas are quite fitting for the occasion as the fancy dress theme is superheroes.
So the Lincoln 10k run with see three men whizzing by, one in a Batman fancy dress costume, one in a Robin fancy dress outfit and the third dressed in a Superman fancy dress costume – what a sight that is sure to be!
The Audi teams fundraising is going exceptionally well, they have already exceeded their target considerably. Party Britain are wishing the fancy dress runners the best of luck for this weekend!

There are several new fancy dress arrivals on their way to Party Britain that I thought I would share with you, as some of these fancy dress delights are just brilliant. We are expecting a fancy dress “fun pod”. This is basically a light weight fancy dress costume that looks very similar to an iPod. We are also due a “Tasty Tenner” which again is a light weight fancy dress outfit in the design of a ten pound note.
A few sexy fancy dress outfits are winging their way to us also, including a dark navy Police Girl costume with a very cute frill trim. We are also expecting a Fairy Tale Princess fancy dress costume which is in Snow White style, with great fancy dress puff sleeves.
A very exciting fancy dress addition to our decades fancy dress outfits range is a Dancing Queen Jumpsuit fancy dress outfit. This fancy dress costume will be available in metallic silver and pink. The costume has layered flares, a sexy corset style tie and pretty impressive flared sleeves. If you’ve got an Abba themed fancy dress party coming up and you’re stuck for a fancy dress idea then these fancy dress outfits definitely tick all the boxes.

Ever fancied yourself as one of the Village People? I’m sure many of us have fond memories of belting out Y.M.C.A on a night out and loving every minute. Now you have the chance to take your Village People love one step further with the introduction Village People fancy dress costumes.
Oh yes, you read that right, Party Britain now offer a great range of Village People fancy dress outfits. So not only will you sound the part (hopefully!) and have all the moves, you now can look the part in some super cool fancy dress get up.

Party Britain wishes all its visitors and customers a very happy new year! We hope that you all saw the New Year in in style.
There were some great fancy dress ideas I must say! Disco diva’s and Hippie fancy dress costumes certainly were popular. There was no shortage of fancy dress afros and flares either. A lot of people went for a comedy value with their fancy dress costume this year. Shark Attack, Chilli Pepper and Cockroach fancy dress outfits really were a hit. I hope a great time was had by all and that your fancy dress costumes went down well. Fancy dress photos and stories are always appreciated so go on….spill the fancy dress beans!!
We’ve just about recovered from the hectic season and we’re in the swing of preparations for the next year of fancy dress frolics. In 2010 we’ll continue to keep you updated with fancy dress news, comical stories and most importantly on the latest fancy dress costumes the minute they enter our warehouse!
There are sure to be some new fancy dress costumes with the wow factor this year. A little taster of what’s to come are Twister fancy dress outfits (how cool do they sound?!), adult Transformer fancy dress costumes and some stylish 60’s fancy dress frocks. Can’t wait? Hello fancy dressers! I hope that you all had a terrifically terrifying time this Halloween and that your fancy dress costumes went down a treat. We were extremely busy bees last week and had heaps of fun organising the dispatch of your fancy dress outfits. Despite the rather annoying hindrance of the Royal Mail strike action we managed to send out hundreds of fancy dress costumes each day. Check out our Facebook fan page for a pic of our courier driver Ian, who really had his work cut out with truck loads of costumes!
You party goers really went for it with your fancy dress costumes this year I must say. Ten out of ten for effort, with the fancy dress outfits getting finished off to super high standards with plenty of Halloween fancy dress accessories. There was face paint, blood gel and gruesome vampire teeth a plenty!
Well I hope you all enjoyed your Halloween fancy dress, we’re looking forward to seeing those pictures! There is no rest for us here at Party Britain, we’re charging head on preparing for your next fancy dress fest…Christmas! Yes it’s just around the corner and we’re going to have fancy dress costumes galore for you to choose from.
