How do I order online?
All the products you see on the Party Britain website are available to buy online. Just click on the product you wish to purchase, select the size if required and click the 'Add to Basket' button. You will then be able to go and continue shopping for additional items if you wish or you can click 'Proceed to Checkout' when you are ready to enter in your delivery and payment details.

What costume size should I order?
Each product detail page has approximate size information for that costume but it's important to remember that unlike every day clothing fancy dress costumes are designed and made to fit a wide variety of sizes. If in doubt, we would recommend that it's usually best to order a larger size. It's worth noting that the main reason for returned items is because the costume was too small for the customer.

Is ordering online with Party Britain safe and secure?
Yes, absolutely. Our secure server uses a 128-bit SSL certificate thereby offering the highest level of encryption or security possible to protect your information between the browser and our servers. Also our checkout is powered by PayPal which is the world's leading online payment company.

We only accept orders placed online as ordering over the internet with us is a safe and secure way of paying.

How do I make changes to my order?
Our goal is to process and dispatch orders as soon as possible so once your order has been submitted on the website we CANNOT make any changes to it. Therefore, please double-check all of your delivery information and the items ordered prior to confirming your order.

Do you send any confirmation emails?
You will receive an order confirmation email (at the email address you entered during the checkout process) and you will then also receive an email alerting you that your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

How much will posting and packing cost?
Our standard delivery charge for all orders is £4.75 regardless of how big or small an order is. We think having one flat rate delivery charge is the best way of giving
customers value for money. We also offer a Next Day Delivery option which costs £6.95.

When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 3.30pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day. With Standard Delivery you can expect your goods to arrive normally between 2-3 working days after placing your order.
With Next Day Delivery your order should arrive before approximately 3pm the next working day. Also Next Day Delivery orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Saturday. Click here for more detailed delivery information.

Do you deliver to my country?
Party Britain currently only offers delivery within the United Kingdom. This includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

What if I'm not in when you deliver my parcel?
The carrier will leave you a card informing you that delivery has been attempted. On this card will be instructions on how to obtain your parcel.

Can I cancel an order if it is no longer required?
Yes, of course. If you wish to cancel an order or part of an order pre-shipment then you wll need to be fast about it as we process and dispatch orders quickly, sometimes even just minutes after an order has been received. Contact us below with your order number and details.
If your order has already been dispatched then you have a 7 day cooling-off period under the UK's Distance Selling Regulations. This means that you have seven working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase from us for a full refund. However, this does not apply to items that cannot be returned which are stipulated in our returns policy.

How do I return an item?
To return an item you must contact us to obtain a Return Authorization number, mentioning your order number in the email and reason for return. Please note that the item(s) is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection, we strongly recommend that you return the item using either Royal Mail first or second class recorded delivery. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

How long will it take for you to refund me?
Please allow 3 working days for us to process a refund. Once this has been done you will receive an email confirming this. If you paid using a credit or debit card please then allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account - this is down to your bank or card issuer and is not to do with Party Britain.

Do I have to pay for the return postage?
The cost of returning an item or items to us for a refund is your responsibility.

What if my order contains an item which is faulty?
If a product you receive is faulty, you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange the item. Contact us quoting your order number, your name, details of the product and what the fault is, and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

Do you have a shop I can visit?
No, we do not have a chain of shops as we are a UK based internet only retailer.

No, we do not. We are a retailer selling directly to the public and do not manufacturer or supply products wholesale to the trade.

Can I contact you by telephone?
The best way to contact us is via email - this enables us to respond to all your queries quickly and efficiently. Email also has a lower cost base than a telephone call centre which translates into lower prices for all our customers.
